ORDER

% 13.04.2017 In these three petitions, common prayers have been made by the minor petitioners. On March 30, 2017 this Court had issued notice to respondents 1 and 2. The School respondent No.l is represented by Mr. Vinay Kumar Chibber, Assistant Administrative Officer, who has placed before me a communication dated April 13, 2017 addressed to this Court, By:AMULYA

wherein the School has stated that the Management of the School has agreed to admit the minor petitioners in concerned classes under EWS category for the academic session 2017-18, subject to the condition, they withdraw their respective petitions before this Court. The aspect of withdrawing, the petition by the petitioners has also been recorded in the communication based on declaration given by the fathers of the minor petitioners. In view of the aforesaid stand of the School, Mr. Jha fairly concedes that the grievance of the minor petitioners have been met and the School has granted admission to the minor petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 2950/2017 Master Prem and W.P.(C) No. 2951/2017 Master Anshik Rai. Insofar as the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.

2935/2017 is concerned, it is his submission that the birth certificate issued by the Local Authority depicts the name of the mother of the minor petitioner as "Malti Devi" instead of "Manti Devi". He states that the minor petitioner's father is in the process of getting a fresh certificate and the same shall be submitted to-the School for admission.

In view of the above, as only Miss Nikita Kumari in W.P.(C) No. 2935/2017 heeds to be granted admission, it is directed, said petitioner shall be granted admission within one month as it is expected that fresh birth

certificate shall be submitted by the father of minor petitioner within that time limit.

Petitions and applications are disposed of.
