IA No.135/2019 is accordingly disposed of.

It is submitted by learned counsel for plaintiff that he has no instructions from the plaintiff. Copy of requisite legal notice issued to the plaintiff alongwith courier receipt as well as print out of the emails sent to the plaintiff on 03.10.2017, 10.01.2018, 20.10.2018, 22.10.2018 & 24.10.2018 have been appended with the captioned IA. In view of same, the captioned IA bearing No.134/2019 also stands allowed and learned counsel for plaintiff is discharged.
