This is a petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the Union of India. 2.

The award impugned in the petition is dated 28.2.2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly points out that an identical award of even date, i.e. 28.2.2018 between the same parties was challenged by the Union of India by way of O.M.P. (COMM.) 339/2018, and that, a coordinate bench vide order dated 7.8.2018 has dismissed the said petition. 4.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues raised in the present petition and the award are identical to the issues raised in O.M.P. (COMM.) 339/2018 and the award which was challenged in the said petition.

In these circumstances, this petition would have to suffer the same fate.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
