% 12.05.2017 The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, claim to be majors and have married of their own volition on 27th March, 2017. This alliance was not to the liking of the father of petitioner No. 1. As such, the petitioners had approached this court for affording them safety and security. However, good sense has prevailed upon the father of petitioner No. 1, who has now accepted the marriage. The petitioners have now been blessed with a child also.

In such circumstances, the petitioners do not now wish to pursue this matter any further and seek permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
