The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.160/2016 registered under Sections 394/34 IPC at PS Gandhi Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2016. Investigation is complete and as per status report charge-sheet against the petitioner has been prepared and is under scrutiny. The alleged robbed cash has not been recovered.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
