% 19.02.2016 This matter has been listed in view of the order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on February 9, 2016, which reads as under:- "Since the perusal of the record shows that present case does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Court as the same falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, hence the present file be sent back to Hon'ble High Court for its allocation to Court of competent jurisdiction.

Parties shall appear before Hon'ble High Court on 19.02.2016."

In view of the aforesaid order, the suit is transferred to the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District. Parties to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara, (Karkardooma Court) on March 14, 2016. In the absence of any party, learned District & Sessions Judge

shall issue notice.
