By the present petition filed under Section 24 of the CPC, the petitioners seek to transfer of the Civil Suit bearing No.212/2016 (New), titled as 'Sanjay Prasad etc. v. Umesh Prasad', pending in the court of Sh.Pritam Singh, ADJ-07 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi to the court of Sh.Pooran Chand, ADJ-06(South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Both the parties are agreed that this matter should be transferred to the court of Sh.Pooran Chand, ADJ-06(South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi where three other connected matters are also pending. It is urged that this matter should be heard along with three other connected matters. 3.

Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the Civil Suit bearing

No.212/2016 (New), titled as 'Sanjay Prasad etc. v. Umesh Prasad', pending in the court of Sh.Pritam Singh, ADJ-07 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi is transferred to the court of Sh.Pooran Chand, ADJ-06(South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the court of Sh.Pooran Chand, ADJ-06(South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi on 29.03.2017 when other three connected matters listed.
