% 08.02.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 2423/2018 By this application the petitioner seeks waiver of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 4th October, 2016 granting him anticipatory bail that he will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned.

The petitioner along with the present application has placed on record order dated 27th October, 2016 passed by this Court in W.P. (Crl) 3155/2016 quashing FIR No. 155/2016 under Section 354/354A/342 IPC registered at PS New Friends Colony on the complaint of Mohini Pawar. BAIL APPLN. 1136/2016

Learned APP on instructions from the investigating officer also confirms that FIR No. 155/2016 under Section 354/354A/342 IPC registered at PS New Friends Colony and the proceedings pursuant thereto have been quashed by this Court in W.P.(Crl) 3155/2016. The FIR in question having been quashed, the condition imposed on the petitioner that he will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned would automatically stand waived off.

Application is thus disposed of clarifying that now there is no condition imposed on the petitioner that before leaving the country he would seek prior permission from the Court concerned in case FIR No. 155/2016 under Section 354/354A/342 IPC registered at PS New Friends Colony. Order dasti.
