% 21.10.2016 C.M.No.37996/2016 (for clarification) Issue notice. Mr.Harsha Peechara, ASC for NDMC and Mr.Devesh Singh, ASC for GNCTD accept notice. The applicant/appellant seeks amendment to the Memo of Parties in Letters Patent Appeal - which was disposed of by a final order. It is pointed out that the name of the appellant's father and his address has been incorrectly reflected in the Memo of Parties in the Letters Patent Appeal. According to counsel, the correct description of the appellant is "Harish Chand, Son of Anokhe Lal, Resident of 1439/1 Block- B, Sangham Vihar, Delhi". The applicant's submission requires acceptance in view of the fact that the Memo of

Parties in the writ petition reflects this position - as indeed even the Memo of Parties in the impugned order of the learned Single Judge. The application is accordingly allowed. While issuing the corrected certified copy, the Memo of Parties in the writ petition shall be taken into consideration.
