1. Counsel for the Respondent states that they have appointed Mr. Anil Bhasin (Mob. No. 9810080362) Advocate, F-41 West Patel Nagar, Delhi - 8 as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

2. Both the parties state that the arbitral proceedings shold take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC) Rules. It is ordered accordingly.

3. The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator as well as Additional Coordinator, DAC forthwith.
