1. This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate of the disputes between the parties.

2. The parties have agreed that disputes between them inter se can be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Court without prejudice to their respective rights and contentions on merits.

3. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. V K Maheshwari, a former District Judge (Mobile No. 9910384671) as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration will take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DAC) and the fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Administrative Costs and Arbitrators‟ Fees) Rules. ARB.P. 344/2016
