Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that nearly Rs.50,000/- is still due apart from the litigation expenses as directed by this Court on 24.01.2018.

Since none appears for the petitioner and there is noncompliance of the order dated 24.01.2018, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
