% 15.01.2018 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a prayer in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to take steps for reversing the entry in the revenue records in respect of the land being mustatil no.54, killa no.2/2/2 min. (1-09), 9 min (3-11), 10/1 (2-01), 12(4-12), 19/1(0-14) total admeasuring 12 bighas and 7 biswas situated in the revenue estate of Village Bharthal, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the said purpose, the petitioner has made various representations to all the concerned parties right from the Tehsildar upto the Chief Minister, however, no action has been taken on his representations. Ms.Shobhana Takiar, learned counsel appearing for respondent
No.3 has been supplied with a copy of the paper book. Ms.Takiar assures the Court that a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed by respondent No.3 on the representation dated 01.02.2013 within six weeks.
The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2013 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks. A copy of the order passed by respondent No.3 shall be communicated to the petitioner and his counsel.
