Ms. Mini Pushkarna, Advocate for South DMC and Mr. Iram Majid, Advocate for Resp-2 accepts notice on behalf of the respective respondents they are appearing for.

We have heard the counsel for the parties.

In our opinion, having regard to the order of this Court dated 18.05.2016 in LPA 321/2016 (Koushilya Bai & Ors. v. MCD & Ors.), similar liberty ought to be granted to the appellants. The appellants are at liberty to approach the Tribunal under Section 347 (B) of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, within a week. The pending appeal arising out of

the liberty granted in LPA 321/2016 shall be considered along with the appeal to be preferred by the present appellants. It is clarified that the status quo directed to be maintained in LPA 321/2016 shall be extended for another one week commencing from today. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms, along with all the pending applications.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Courtmaster, to the counsel for the parties.
