% 20.01.2016 Petitioner is seeking transfer of the proceedings under Section 25 of the Guardian and Ward Act which is pending before the Principal Judge Family Court Dwarka titled as Devender Vs. Deepa to the Court of Principal Family Judge Rohini Courts wherein a maintenance application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. is pending. It is stated that to avoid conflict of judgments it would be appropriate that both these matters be heard by a same Family Judge. Respondent has been served but he has chosen not to appear. Noting the above factual matrix, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Ward Act pending before the Principal Judge Family Court Dwarka titled as Devender Vs. Deepa be transferred to the Court of Principal Family Judge, Rohini Courts. This would be in the interest of both the parties. Petition disposed of.
