It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.

(2) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 is present before the Court. I have enquired from him whether the matter has been settled CRL.M.C. 1748/2017

with the petitioners amicably. He has informed that the matter has been settled and all agreed dues have been paid, and he has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the petitioner. Order dated 9.10.2015 of Presiding Judge, PLA-I, recording settlement between the parties is on record. 'No dues certificate' is on record.

(5) The petitioners are, however, burdened with costs of `10,000/- to be deposited with Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks. The Registry shall ensure the compliance of the order. (6) The petition and all pending application (s) stand disposed of accordingly.
