% 29.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondent has already nominated its arbitrator. The arbitrators appointed by the parties are required to concur on appointment of a third arbitrator. In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh, in the event the nominated arbitrators are unable to appoint the third arbitrator.
