% 29.03.2017 Crl.M.A. No. 5444/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

Crl.M.A. No. 5443/2017 Issue notice. Mr. Lao accepts notice.

By this application, the petitioner seeks condonation of 245 days delay in making deposit of the amount of Rs.10,000/- in the Victims Compensation Fund.

Learned counsel submits that on account of an erroneous

understanding of the order, only an amount of Rs.10,000/- was deposited. However, it subsequently transpired that each of the petitioners is required to deposit Rs.10,000/- and consequently, even the said amount stands deposited on 01.03.2017. The petitioner has placed on record copies of both the receipts.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Lao does not oppose the application. The delay in making the deposit of the amount of Rs.10,000/- is condoned. The application stands disposed of.
