The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the school/respondent no.1 to admit the petitioner in the DG/SC category with all entitlements. It is stated by Ms.Amrita Nandy, proxy counsel, on instructions from Mr.Vedanta Varma that the school has no objection to admit the petitioner as there is a vacancy against DG/SC category. She further states that initial application of the petitioner with No.90510000205848 was rejected on a technical ground. According to her, the petitioner has produced a Scheduled Caste certificate with No.90510000215787. She states, subject to verification of this certificate,

the petitioner shall be granted admission within a week's time. Her statement, on instructions, is taken on record. She further states that in view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. The petition and the application are disposed of. Dasti.
