% 19.02.2016 W.P.(CRL) 1815/2014 and Crl. MA No. 1957/2016 The present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Section 7A of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 prays as follows:- "a. Allow the petition of petitioner for conducting his ossification test to determine his age;
b. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." It has been brought to my notice that subsequent to the institution of the present petition, ossification test to determine the age of the petitioner has been conducted.
In view of the foregoing, the reliefs prayed for by way of present writ petition stand satisfied.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
