C.M.No.22402/2016 (Exemption) Exemption granted, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

CM(M) 590/2016 and C.M.No.22401/2016 (stay) Counsel for the petitioner seeks directions submitting that the Court below had finally heard the case on 23rd November, 2015 and the same was reserved for orders on 21st December, 2015, but till date the Court below has not delivered or passed any final judgment thereon.

Counsel for the respondents, however, points out that the Court below has fixed the case on 7th June, 2016 for orders. In view of the aforesaid, the Court below is directed to pass appropriate orders in the matter in accordance with law either on 7th June, 2016 or forthwith thereafter.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be considered in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to the petitioner, as prayed. I.S. MEHTA, J JUNE 01, 2016 'dc'
