Let the respondent-DDA consider the restoration of the lease deed in question within a period of twelve weeks and its fate be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners can avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
