This is an application for amendment of memo of parties. Kendriya Vidhalaya Sangathan ('KVS') is respondent No.1 to the present writ petition. KVS is a society registered under the Cooperative Societies Act. KVS has already been impleaded as respondent No.1 to the writ petition through its Chairman. By the present application, the petitioner wants to implead KVS once again as a party through its Chairman.
