With consent the impugned order dated 2.2.2016 is set aside, however it is clarified that appellant will not get more than three opportunities to complete arguments, and failing which the arguments of the present appellant will be taken as closed and the court below can decide the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in accordance with the arguments of the present respondent and the record. 2.

Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 13.7.2017 and the District and Sessions Judge will mark the objection petition for disposal to a competent court in accordance with law, and which objection petition is restored by setting aside the impugned
