O R D E R

% 18.07.2016 The only grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the cost imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge while allowing the revision petition filed by the petitioner giving further right to cross-examine the complainant subject to a cost of `25,000/-. In the case of co-accused this Court vide order dated 29th February, 2016 in CRL.M.C.877/2016 has already reduced the cost from a sum of `25,000/- to `15,000/-. Thus on parity the petitioner is entitled to the same relief.

Consequently, the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge dated 19th February, 2016 is modified. The rest of the order remaining same, the cost imposed on the petitioner for a sum of `25,000/- in each of the two cases is modified to a sum of `15,000/- each in the two cases. CRL.M.C. 2110/2016

Petition and application are disposed of.
