(OS) No.175/2018 Mr. Vats, who, appears for the NDMC says that he will obtain instructions qua the permissions which may be necessary, if at all, with regard to the construction of a bathroom at the subject site. Let the needful be done before the next date of hearing. Mr. Vats will also request the concerned Officer to remain present in Court. EX.P. 92/2016

In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the decree-holders will get instructions on depositing the relinquishment deed with the Registry of this Court.

Renotify the matter on 30.11.2018 Ex. Appl. (OS) No.298/2018 This is an application seeking amendment of the reply filed in respect of Ex. Appl. (OS) No.175/2018.

This application is not opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants.
