% 24.01.2017 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's application dated 29th May, 2009 with respect to renewal of motor driving training school licence. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the guidelines for grant of fresh licence for motor driving training school have been amended in 2015 and the petitioner has not applied under the amended guidelines.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall apply under the amended 2015 guidelines read with the order dated 15th September, 2015 passed in WP(C) 8675/2015 within a period of three weeks.

In the event, such an application is filed, the petitioner is

directed to process the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
