CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN
O R D E R
% 30.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to process and decide the application of the petitioners for grant of final recognition for remaining one unit of B.Ed. Course. It is the case of petitioners that they applied for two units of B.Ed. course on 26th May, 2015. Vide Minutes of Meeting dated 29-30th April, 2016 and 01st -02nd May, 2016, the respondent No.2 granted recognition for only one unit.
Learned counsel for petitioners contends that respondent No.2 has neither rejected nor allowed the application of the petitioner for the second
unit. He states that rejection, if any, has to be preceded by a show cause notice which has not been issued so far. He further states that no deficiency has been pointed out by respondent No.2 with regard to the second unit. He contends that the inaction of the respondent No.2 with regard to the second unit is arbitrary and unjustified.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation by respondent No.2 and to be decided by way of a reasoned order within two months in accordance with law. With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and applications stand disposed of.
Order dasti.
