WP(Crl.) 1941/2016 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.524/2014 registered at PS Sagarpur under Sections 323/354B/392/34 IPC on the complaint of respondent No.2.

In view of the fact that Section 392 IPC has been invoked, even though the parties have settled the matter, this Court in exercise of inherent jurisdiction, cannot quash serious offence as under Section 392 IPC. Petition is dismissed.
