% 19.07.2016 An order was passed on 08.7.2016 on the aforenoted petition wherein this Court was of the view that the order of the SDM passed on 18.6.2016 dismissing the suit of the petitioner should also be challenged and not the communication of the Director Panchayat dated 18.5.2015 alone wherein it was communicated to the petitioner that the subject matter of the petition i.e. the land stood transferred to

the Education Department by the Gaon Sabha.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an amended writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.6148 of 2016 has been preferred wherein challenge has been laid not only to the communication dated 18.5.2015 but also to the order of the SDM dated 18.6.2016.

In view of the aforenoted development, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not be pressing this petition. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The order dated 08.7.2016 passed in this petition be placed on the file of the WP(C) No.6148/2016.
