% 21.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR No.

441/2008 under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj on the complaint of respondent no. 2 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Kulbir, EOW, Delhi. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioner. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has already received the settled amount of

`1,00,000/- from the petitioner.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. A perusal of FIR shows that the same is an outcome of a property dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 2.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 441/2008 under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner.
