The suit file has been placed before the Court by the Registrar (Original), who has recorded in his order dated 9th September, 2016 that the case has been received back from the Court of Additional District Judge (Central), with the observation that the subject property is situated in Greater Kailash, Part-II, New Delhi and the suit falls in the jurisdiction of SouthEast District. 2.

Learned counsel for defendant No.1 and the defendants Nos. 2 to 5 state that the other connected suits between the parties in respect of the same property have already been transferred to the Court of the District Judge, (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi and the next date fixed in one suit is 16th November, 2016 and in the other suit is 17th October, 2016. CS(OS) 2147/2010

Accordingly, it is directed that the present suit shall be transferred to the Court of the District and Sessions Judge (South-East), Saket Courts for further proceedings before the competent court on 17th October, 2016. 4.

As none is present on behalf of the plaintiff, learned counsel for the defendants shall give written intimation of the next date of hearing to the learned counsel for the plaintiff and keep the proof of intimation handy before the concerned Court.
