% 16.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their dispute amicably, therefore, FIR No. 346/14 under Section 135 of the Electricity Act,2003 registered at police station Karol Bagh, on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 admits the fact of settlement. He submits that settled amount has already been paid by the petitioner, therefore, respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and private respondent and the fact that respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 346/14
under Section 135 Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Karol Bagh and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
