% 03.07.2018 The case against the applicant who seeks anticipatory bail from this Court, such relief having been declined by the court of sessions by order dated 29.06.2018, as culled out from the allegations in the FIR No.1149/2017, P.S. Samaipur Badli and the evidence collected during investigation presents a grave scenario. The applicant appears to have forged the documents of the property bearing no. H-3/94, Sector-18, Rohini. A civil suit was filed in the court of additional district judge which was dismissed on 31.07.2017. The applicant thereafter moved this Court in regular first appeal. The allegations which are being investigated into against the applicant are that he in concert with Mr. Prakash Arya, Advocate indulged in certain acts of commission to create a forged and fabricated document purporting to BAIL APPLN. 1507/2018

be an order passed by this Court.

The case is still at the stage of initial investigation and it is clear that custodial interrogation of the applicant would be called for. It may also be added that as per the submissions of the State, the applicant is involved in another criminal case forming subject matter of investigation into FIR No.555/16, under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur. In the above facts and circumstances, no case is made out for anticipatory bail.

The bail application is dismissed.
