The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 06.05.2016 passed by the Court below vide which the accused persons have been summoned for 12.01.2017. The only grouse of the counsel for the petitioner is to pre-pone the date of summoning the accused persons. After going through the material on record, no ground is made out to pre-pone the date of summoning the accused persons. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
