We have heard the petitioner appearing in person. 2.

In this petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, to extend the underground metro rail upto Dasna stand and to complete the same along with the ongoing Dwarka - Nazafgarh Project in the Third Phase of Metro Corridor. The petitioner also complains about the alleged illegal encroachments over the Circular Road, Nazafgarh. 3.

Having regard to the nature of the issues sought to be raised, we are of the view that the petitioner, in the first instance, has to approach the concerned

authorities before invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution.
