By this application, the respondent no. 1 seeks change of name of respondent no. 1 as M/s Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited in place of M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited. It is submitted that M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited has been merged with M/s Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited on 25.03.2015 and name of new merged company is M/s Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. 3.

In the circumstances, name of respondent no. 1 is ordered to be changed accordingly.

Application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably resolved and settled their disputes. 2.

The petitioner management has paid the settlement amount to all the eight workmen which is detailed in the C.M.APPL. No. 46013/2017. This CM is accompanied by six copies of Memorandum of Settlement pertaining to workmen namely Birender Yadav, Awadh Kishore, Harish Chander, Pritam Singh Rana, Ramesh Ram and Gopal Kumar Dwivedi. It is submitted that a cheque No.686501 dated 09.06.2015 for Rs.2,71,700/- was sent to workman Ashok Kumar by post in full and final settlement which was duly encashed by him. It is further stated that the workman Khagan Das was paid Rs.37,559/- in the Lower Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the settlement with all the eight workmen namely Birender Yadav, Awadh Kishore, Harish Chander, Pritam Singh Rana, Ramesh Ram, Gopal Kumar Dwivedi, Ashok Kumar and Khagan Dass having received the payment of Rs.2,06,658/-, Rs.1,87,166, Rs.2,45,643, 1,77,420/-, Rs.2,35,897, Rs.1,77,420, Rs.2,71,700/- and Rs.37,559/- respectively from the respondent No.1 Company in full and final. 4.

In the circumstances, the writ petition along with C.M. APPL.

No. 46013/2017 is disposed of accordingly.
