O R D E R
% 01.08.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court and also to maintain social ties. Address of the petitioner, that is, 12, Friend Enclave, Sector 6, Sultanpuri, Delhi has been verified. It is submitted that co-convict, who is son of the petitioner, has also surrendered after completion of parole period. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During parole
period, petitioner shall stay at the above-mentioned address and shall not leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. She shall report to the SHO police station Sultanpuri once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am.
After completion of parole period she shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
