% 27.02.2017 Both the learned counsel have handed over the Settlement Agreement dated 26th February, 2017 executed between the parties. The same is taken on record.

Though the Agreement bears the watermark draft, yet both the learned counsel assure and undertake to this Court that the said Agreement is final and binding upon the parties.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, present contempt petition and application are disposed of in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated 26th February, 2017.
