% 11.04.2017 Crl.M.A. 5759/2017 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. 618/2017 Learned APP for the State has stated that NBW has been issued against the accused/petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was not aware of the issuance of NBW against the petitioner and wishes to withdraw the present application with the liberty to file fresh application. Consequently, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
