The parties have filed the aforementioned joint applications under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ['CPC'] for recording compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.
Along with the applications, the parties have filed a Settlement Agreement dated 26th September, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') which bears the signatures of the authorised representative of the plaintiff and the defendant. The aforesaid Agreement is duly supported The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. by the affidavits of the Authorised Representatives of the parties. 3.
I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the above, both the aforesaid applications are allowed and the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 6.
The application along with the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree sheet.
7.
The decree sheet be drawn up.
8.
