By this petition the petitioner seeks parole in case FIR No.60/2013 under Sections 354A IPC and 8 and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act on the ground that he has to file special leave petition against the judgment of this Court upholding his conviction and order on sentence and re-establish ties. 2.
Learned Standing Counsel for the State has submitted a status report as per which on verification it has been found that the petitioner's family is residing at House bearing No.RZ-F-74, Dabri Extension, New Delhi and his wife who is a principal running a play school resides in the said house along with his sons and mother.

Since the petitioner has roots in the society, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. The petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Metropolitan Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
