% 08.06.2016 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that a demolition action has been proposed in respect of the subject property on 15.06.2016 and has filed a status report, the same is taken on record.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is clarified that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any further action taken by the respondents, he would be at liberty to approach this Court.
