% 12.07.2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter stands settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 16.3.2017. The terms of settlement are enumerated in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.3.2017. The parties shall abide by the terms of the said settlement. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement. Decree be drawn in terms of paragraph 6 (i) to (iv) of the said settlement dated 16.3.2017.

Since the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, the court fees be refunded to the plaintiff. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
