1. Jatinder Kumar Sethi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 10th August, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.3348/2010 (Association of Concerned Citizens of New Delhi v. New Delhi Municipal Council & Ors.).

2.In view of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 3.As regards the grievance of the Petitioner regarding mutation and self-

occupation, it will be open to the Petitioner to pursue the said issues in separate proceedings.
