Vide order dated 18.01.2016 of the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to East District, Karkardooma Courts, in terms of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.112015.

Now, vide order dated 07.04.2018 the matter has been received back from the Court of learned Additional District Judge-04 (East) through District and Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Courts on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction since the property is stated to be situated at Gandhi Nagar which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. The said order was passed in the presence of counsel for the parties Accordingly, registry is directed to transfer the matter to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts. Parties are directed to appear before the court of learned District and Sessions Judge on 25th April, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
