% 22.04.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents are ready to handover possession of the plot no. EG-239, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi to the petitioners, subject to petitioners clearing dues of `7,74,318/-.

Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that petitioners are ready to pay this amount. Let petitioners deposit `7,74,318/- with the Director, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, North DMC (respondent no. 2) within 10 days.

On deposit of the aforesaid amount, respondents shall handover vacant and peaceful possession of the plot no. EG-239, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the consent of learned counsels for the parties petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
