% 24.08.2017 It is submitted that respondent nos. 3 and 4 are not involved either as accused or complainant/injured, therefore, their names may be deleted from the array of parties.

Accordingly, names of respondent nos. 3 and 4 are deleted from the array of parties. Amended memo of parties be filed within two days.

It is further submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 30/2013 under Section 308 IPC registered at police station Lajpat Nagar may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rakesh Kumar of police station Lajpat Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter

with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 30/2013 under Section 308 IPC registered at police station Lajpat Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
