Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the petitioner did make a representation dated 16.05.2016 to the respondents for reconsideration of his transfer order dated 14.05.2016, however, he seeks liberty to file a fresh substantive representation by tomorrow, taking all the pleas that may be available to him.

Liberty as prayed for is granted.

Upon receipt of the said representation, the respondent shall consider the same and pass a speaking order within one week under written intimation to the petitioner.
