% 08.11.2016 CRL.M.A.No.9242/2016 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 2192/2016 & CRL.M.A.No.9241/2016 (Stay) (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.574/2012 under Section 379 IPC and Section 135 Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar.

It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.

(2) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 / BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. is present before the Court and informs that the petitioners have CRL.M.C. 2192/2016

paid all dues and respondent No.2 / BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3) The NOC issued by the BSES has been placed on record. (4) Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and the entire dues have been paid, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.574/2012 under Section 379 IPC and Section 135 Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. (5) The petition is disposed of accordingly.
